The main classification of ice machine
Ice machines can be divided into commercial ice machines, household ice machines, and industrial ice machines.

Cylindrical ice is generally spray-type ice making. This type of ice making method has a low freezing point and can reach below 20 °C. The contact surface between the cylindrical surfaces is small, it is not easy to stick into a mass, and it is convenient to use ice. Cylindrical ice cubes have high hardness, low temperature and crystal clear ice. They are suitable for the cooling of wine. The slower melting speed will not dilute the wine, but affect the taste of the wine. The disadvantage of the cylindrical ice ice machine is that the ice production efficiency is relatively low. It is generally used in the production of desktop small ice machines.
The temperature of the scale ice is -6 ° C ~ -12 ° C, which is most suitable for the cooling of industrial processing and transportation of perishable goods. It is often used for seafood display in supermarket fresh tables. Large scale ice can also be used in cement plants, chemical plants, meat joint factories, marine fisheries, etc.
The cooling methods can be divided into: water-cooled ice machines and air-cooled ice machines.

Common problems and solutions for ice machines
According to the flashing condition of the indicator light, the fault is determined:
1. The power indicator light flashes quickly and the machine does not work:
Fault: Detect water temperature probe open circuit.
Repair: Open the rear cover, open the electrical control box cover above the compressor, and find a three-pin connector to see if there is any detachment or poor contact.
2. The three indicator lights flash in sequence and the machine does not work:
Fault: Machine ice making and ice removal are not normal.
Maintenance: A. Turn off the power and restart the machine. First check if the fan and pump are working normally. If there is any abnormality, first check it out. Then check if the compressor has started working. If there is no work, check the part near the compressor. If it is started, Determine the failure of the refrigeration system and follow the appropriate maintenance method.
B. If the refrigeration system is fault-free, it can make ice normally, but the ice is not ice-free. After 90 minutes, the machine works abnormally and it is used for protective shutdown. Need to use a multimeter to measure the water temperature probe group (when the underwater tank temperature is close to 0 degrees, unplug the three core wires in the control box, measure the resistance of the two wires on both sides), if the resistance is above 27K, then If the controller is judged to be bad, it should be replaced accordingly. If the resistance is lower than 27K, disconnect any one of the two wires and adjust the resistance to 27K to 28K by means of a splicing resistor.
