The characteristics of Automatic Steam Heating Food Retort Autoclave
The Automatic Steam Heating Food Retort Autoclave use the same batch sterilization water alternately. After one pot of food processed,The high temperature treatment water will be put into the other pot, so that it can reduce the loss of the heat and processing water. It increased capacity by 2/3 comparing to the double layered sterilizing pot.
This equipment is an extension product on the basis of the double layered hot bath sterilizing pot.Compared with the double layered hot bath sterilizing pot ,it has the following advantages:volume of production has been doubled , energy has been saved , and the cost of the equipment has been lowered.
Time of action of pressure steam sterilization
The basic elements of pressure steam sterilization include three factors: time of action, sterilization temperature and saturated steam.
The tolerance of microorganisms to heat varies from species to species. Therefore, depending on the degree of contamination of the sterilized articles, the sterilization temperature and duration of action required are also different, and the sterilization temperature and duration of action are selected according to the sterilization method. The performance of the item, the packaging material, and the length of the sterilization process are required. Generally speaking, the higher the sterilization temperature, the shorter the time required, and the temperature of the saturated steam has a constant relationship with the pressure. However, when the air in the cabinet is not removed or not completely eliminated, the steam cannot reach saturation, although the pressure is at this time. The table shows that the sterilization pressure has been reached, but the steam temperature has not met the requirements, resulting in sterilization failure.
Saturated steam must be dry (containing moisture <5%> and pure (containing cold air <3.5%>, superheat should not exceed 5 °C, because saturated steam releases a large amount of latent heat energy due to condensation, causing the temperature of the item to rise At the same time of condensation, its volume shrinks sharply (1/1600), and partial negative pressure can also be generated, so that the subsequent steam penetrates deep into the article. On the one hand, the superheated steam is slowed down, which is not conducive to sterilization. This phenomenon is obvious when the temperature is above 5 ° C. In addition, steam overheating can lead to rapid aging of the article. The generation of superheated steam can be significantly reduced due to the gas delivery system or the specified pressure, or the temperature in the jacket is high or the textile is too dry. When the steam contains more fine mist, etc., it forms a gas flow barrier instead of heat penetration, and it also increases the difficulty of drying after sterilization. The existence of fog particles is mainly due to the surface blisters in the boiler with too much water. The splitting is carried out by the rapid steam, or the steam is condensed through the longer pipeline. When the steam is mixed with air, the relationship between the pressure and the temperature is different from that of the saturated steam, and the pressure value shown in the pressure gauge should be After deducting the partial pressure of air, that is, the sterilization temperature that it can reach will also decrease accordingly. If you do not pay attention to this, the sterilization will fail because the sterilization temperature is not reached. The air mixed in the steam of the high pressure steam sterilizer can be caused by The gas transmission system, the original air in the cabinet or the air inside the sterilized articles is not excluded. The presence of the air is also caused by the air being squeezed by the steam to form an air mass, which blocks the steam from contacting the sterilized articles, thereby affecting the steam to be extinguished. The internal penetration of the bacteria product forms a temperature in which the temperature inside the bag is low and the temperature outside the bag is uneven, so that the internal temperature cannot be reached. At the same time, due to the presence of air, the water content of the gas in the sterilization chamber is reduced, that is, the humidity. The decrease in level is not conducive to the killing of micro-killing.
The duration of pressure steam sterilization should be from the time the sterilizer cabinet is large to the required sterilization temperature until the sterilization is completed. The total time includes: thermal penetration time, which is the time from the sterilization cabinet to the sterilization temperature to the sterilization center temperature, and the length of time depends on the nature of the sterilization item, the size of the package, and the placement. Position, air venting degree in the sterilizer, etc.; sterilization maintenance time, that is, the heating time required to kill microorganisms, generally half of the maintenance time, the length depends on the disinfection item; and the time required for sterilization : Preheating time, time to discharge cold air, temperature rise time in the cabinet, and cooling time required after sterilization treatment. Preheating time refers to the time when the sterilizer cabinet is heated to the specified sterilization temperature. Preheating can increase the uniformity of dry heat in the cabinet and prevent excessive condensation of steam. The time to exclude cold air is to discharge the original cold air in the cabinet. Outside the cabinet, the secondary biosafety cabinet is used to enhance the penetration of heat. This is especially important for steam. Sufficient time should be given. The warming time of the cabinet refers to the time during which the entire cabinet is warmed to the required temperature for sterilization after the items are placed; The cooling time refers to the time when the cabinet temperature drops to a safely openable door after the sterilization is completed or the sterilization is stopped.
