Portable Spectrophotometer for Color Measuring

Portable spectrophotometer is an instrument that uses spectrophotometry to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of substances. The instrument integrates color and density measurement. On the same device, three different operating methods can be selected for measurement, and the measurement method can be automatically detected.

Composition of portable spectrophotometer:

① Holographic grating monochromator. This component disperses the light radiation to be measured into a spectrum and selects a narrow bandwidth of the spectrum to be measured.

② Filter. Each filter on the wheel corresponds to a specific wavelength range. The portable spectrophotometer automatically selects the required filter. The function of the filter is to prevent extraneous light from entering the monochromatic mirror.

③ Silicon photodetector. After the light leaving the monochromator triggers the detector, a response current is generated.

④ MCU. Control and process all the commands, data acquisition, storage and transmission of the portable spectrophotometer.

⑤ Battery. Provide power for on-site operations, data acquisition, storage and other actions.
