Classification of high pressure fluid nano homogenizer

The high-pressure homogenizer is also called “high-pressure fluid nano-homogenizer”, which can make a series of changes in physical, chemical and structural properties of the suspended state material under the action of ultra-high pressure, and finally achieve homogenization effect.

1. The high-pressure homogenizer is divided into a vertical integral homogenizer and a horizontal combined homogenizer according to the construction mode. The former is generally suitable for small and medium-sized equipment (power is below 45kw); the latter is suitable for large equipment (power is above 45kw).

2. The high-pressure homogenizer is divided into ordinary homogenizer and low-speed homogenizer according to the number of reciprocating times per minute of the plunger.

3. The high-pressure homogenizer can be divided into manual control type, manual adjustment hydraulic control type and automatic hydraulic control type according to the control mode. Currently, manual control is dominant in the market.

4. The high-pressure homogenizer can be divided into an upstream homogenizer and a downstream homogenizer according to the position of the homogenizer on the consumption line. The homogenizer used before sterilization is called the upstream homogenizer, and the homogenizer used after sterilization is called the downstream homogenizer. Usually the former uses a normal homogenizer, while the latter uses a sterile homogenizer.
