After using for a period of time, the ultrasonic wave cannot be emitted normally. What should I do? Below we will answer the troubleshooting method that ultrasound can not be issued normally.
1. First check whether the horn (ultrasonic probe) is in full contact with the sample. During the operation, the ultrasonic probe needs to be immersed at least 2cm below the sample level, and it should not be empty. Otherwise, the host will be damaged, and the ultrasonic wave will not be emitted normally.
2. We check the complete condition of the two fuses behind the host of the ultrasonic signal generator. If the fuse is blown, if the fuse is blown, replace the fuse.
3. Check if the temperature of the sample is too high, causing the temperature of the transducer to rise. The over-temperature protection function prevents the device from working properly.
4. Check the loss of the horn (ultrasonic probe). The horn is a consumable for the consumables. If it is used for more than half a year, the probe loss should be checked. If the loss is serious, the ultrasonic wave will not be emitted normally.
