High pressure homogenizer is mainly composed of transmission system, spindle pump, homogenizing valve and other parts.

Transmission part
The transmission part is composed of a motor, a pulley, a gearbox, a crank, a connecting rod, a main shaft and the like.
2.Plunger pump
The screw is driven by the piston to make alternative movements in the pump body. With the cooperation of the one-way valve, the suction and compression processes are completed, and then it enters the header.
3.Homogeneous valve
The homogenizing valve accepts the high-pressure liquid material conveyed by the header to complete the tasks of ultrafine crushing, emulsification and homogenization. The material in contact with the liquid in the valve must be non-toxic, non-polluting, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
The homogenizing valve is the core working part of the homogenizer. High-pressure homogenization chambers with different internal structures have different application ranges and homogeneous effects.
