Sterilization process

   Sterilization and drying of medical devices are performed in a high pressure steam sterilizer. The operation of the autoclave is mainly composed of the following stages: a pulsating vacuum stage, a heating and heating stage, a steam sterilization stage, and a drying stage. The entire sterilization process is controlled by the PLC in the control panel. The pressure and temperature changes during the sterilization chamber are shown in the figure below.
