Medical centrifuge application

1. Horizontal rotary head medical centrifuge or bucket type medical centrifuge

2. Fixed angle rotary head medical centrifuge or angle rotor medical centrifuge

3. Low speed medical centrifuge, high speed centrifugal medical centrifuge, ultra high speed medical centrifuge

  All three categories contain floor-standing, bench-top

There are two main types of functions of medical centrifuges, one is to separate the particles suspended in the solution; the other is to separate two liquids of different density and incompatible with each other.

Separating particles suspended in solution:

1. Separating the formed components in the blood, and concentrating the cells in the body fluid or other formed components for analysis and determination;

2. separating a ligand bound to a protein binding or antibody and a free ligand;

3. Separate the protein that has been precipitated in the specimen.

Separating two liquids of mutually different density:

1. When extracting some components from the body fluid using an organic solvent, it can be finally separated by a medical centrifuge;

2, separation of lipid components in the blood, such as separation of plasma chylomicrons and various lipoproteins.
