Working Principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine:


The sound wave with a frequency of more than 20kHz is called ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic wave realizes cleaning, degassing and extraction by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave in liquid. The process is as follows:


The circuit causes the transducer to generate vibration of ultrasonic frequency, and the energy is radiated to the cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank, causing the high and low pressure of the cleaning fluid to convert to each other.


In the low pressure stage, tens of thousands of tiny bubbles are formed in the cleaning machine. This process is called hole phenomenon, namely "cavity formation".


In the high-pressure stage, bubbles fracture initiation, or "cohesive explosion", instantly generate shock waves, causing instantaneous high pressure and micro-zone high temperature around the bubbles of more than 1,000 atmospheres. The huge mechanical force generated by this repeated process continuously impacts the surface of the object in all directions. Make the dirt on the surface and the gap of the object peel off quickly to achieve the purpose of cleaning, degassing and extraction.
