1. Equipment Installation

It should be noted that the circuit should meet the maximum power requirements of the equipment, and it is better to be in an independent circuit. Secondly, pay attention to the size of the workbench and the size of the equipment, as well as the length of the equipment pipe and the positional relationship between the faucet and the drain pipe.

2. Add water

When adding water, pay attention to that the water level must be between the mix and max scale of the cleaning tank. In addition, it is required to immerse the cleaned object. Equipment with automatic water filling function will stop adding water when the water level reaches max.

3. Heating function

Models with heating function can set the heating temperature, up to 80 degrees Celsius. When the set temperature is lower than the actual temperature, the heating function is not enabled.

4. Power setting

The ultrasonic power can be adjusted, ranging from 0 to 99%, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

5. Frequency setting

The equipment can be divided into single-frequency version and dual channel version by frequency, with single-frequency of 40kHz and dual-frequency of 28kHz and 50kHz. F1 and F2 are displayed on the device, F1 is 28kHz,F2 is 50kHz. The single-frequency version is F1 = F2 = 40kHz.

6. Addition of cleaning agent

Not all cases require cleaning agents. Suitable cleaning agents can be added to help clean stains that are difficult to clean. If it has heating function, it is better to add it until the water temperature is around 40 degrees Celsius.

7. Pretreatment before cleaning

If possible, it is better to disassemble the cleaned objects before cleaning, so that the cleaning rate will be faster. If there are a large number of large stains on the surface of the cleaned object, you can manually clean them before so as not to affect the cleaning effect.

8. Treatment after cleaning

After the cleaning task is completed, water pipe of the cleaning tank should be completed. It is best to use air compressor to completely blow the liquid in the water inlet and drain outlet, and at the same time, the inside of the cleaning tank should also be kept dry.

9. Cleaning Machine on/off

Under any circumstances, it is forbidden to start the machine without liquid in the cleaning tank, and the startup without liquid will do great harm to the equipment. If you want to stop the cleaning process, press the "stop" button, and then press "start" to continue running the unfinished cleaning task. Turn off the main switch on the side of the machine before unplugging the power plug.
