The application of isolation technology causes changes in the way of feeding and discharging of freeze-dried drugs, and the application of isolation technology makes the freeze-drying machine one of the components of the system integration project. The system integration project requires the overall consideration of the design of the freeze dryer, requiring freeze-drying. Machine running performance is more stable, requiring easy operation and easy maintenance.

In this paper, aiming at the application of aseptic isolation technology in freeze-drying machine, this paper explores the design ideas of structure, performance, maintenance and safety of freeze-drying machine, and pursues continuous improvement of freeze-drying machine participation in system project under the background of new technology application. The ability to adapt to improve the overall performance of the freeze-drying system integration project.
