The main role of ultrasonic probe tip

Ultrasonic probe tip (sonic ultrasonic tip) is the functional component that changes the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration with an ultrasonic transducer. Its main function is to change the amplitude of the transducer (generally increase), increase the vibration speed ratio, increase the rate, improve the mechanical quality factor, enhance the heat resistance, expand the temperature range, and prolong the service life of the transducer.
