The correct way to use the freeze dryer

Before the freeze-drying machine is used, the articles to be dried should be placed in a low temperature refrigerator or liquid nitrogen to freeze and firm completely before freeze-drying. The main engine and vacuum pump are connected by vacuum tube, and the joint adopts international standard clamp. The clamp contains a sealed rubber ring, which can be applied with appropriate amount of vacuum grease before connection, and then tightened with the clamp. There is a power socket of vacuum pump on the right board of the main engine.

Connect the power cord of vacuum pump well. Check the vacuum pump to make sure it has been filled with vacuum pump oil and cannot operate without oil. The oil surface shall not be lower than the middle line of the oil mirror.
