Solution to abnormal knock inside the high pressure homogenizer

1.One of the failures of the high-pressure homogenizer is caused by the serious damage of the bearing, as long as the bearing is replaced, the problem can be solved.

2.When the high-pressure homogenizer connecting rod nut is loose or loose, just reinstall or tighten the nut or bolt.

3.The homogenizer is seriously worn, the clearance is too large or the small shaft pin. When the bushing is worn, it is necessary to consider replacing the bearing and other equipment. When replacing, pay attention to the gap between the equipment. The clearance between the bearing bush and the crankshaft is not more than 0.25mm. The clearance between the lining and the connecting rod pin shall not exceed 0.2mm

4.When the moving gap of the high pressure homogenizer slider is too large, the slider should be replaced.

5.The pulley of the high pressure homogenizer is loose. Check the pulley pin and the fixing bolt. If it is loose, replace it or repair it immediately.
