Electric type


The electric type is powered by a motor and is subdivided into a mechanical type and a hydraulic type.


Mechanical type: The motor drives the crankshaft to reciprocate the plunger to directly pressurize the material. Through multiple sets of plungers to provide continuous pressure, the homogenization pressure is higher, the output is large, but the minimum amount of materials is large, and the motor needs to have a multi-stage speed reduction mechanism to drive the crankshaft, so that the equipment performance is general and the volume is large. Suitable for large production.


Hydraulic type: The motor drives the oil pump to pressurize the material through the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system provides higher pressure, higher equipment efficiency, relatively small volume, and a smaller minimum material. Can be applied to both test and production.


Manual type


The material is pressurized by a manual lever mechanism. Because it is manual pressurization, the production capacity is low, but it has the advantages of quick disassembly and assembly, and can be carried around. At the same time, the minimum amount of materials required is very small, which is very suitable for small-scale test, which can fully meet the research and development needs of the laboratory.


The pneumatic type converts the pressure of the compressed gas into hydraulic pressure. The equipment needs the support of a nitrogen bottle or a compressed air machine, the gas consumption is large, and the highest homogenization pressure is generally low, but because there is no separate supercharging mechanism, it is small in size and suitable for use in places equipped with air compressors. .
