Basic Principle

Be Careful


1, remember the empty super. This is very important. There is a case in which the ultrasonic breakers are not inserted in the sample. After a few seconds, the ultrasonic breakers make a bigger noise in the future. Remember that the longer the ultrasonic breaker is, the longer the time is, the greater the damage to the instrument.


2. The depth of the horn (ultrasonic probe) of ultrasonic crusher entering water is about 1.5 cm. The liquid level should be above 30 mm. The probe should be in the middle and not stick to the wall. Ultrasonic is vertical longitudinal wave, too deep insertion is not easy to form convection, affecting crushing efficiency.
