Operation process after the freeze dryer experiment

1. Turn on the quick inflation valve of the freeze dryer, and turn off the “vacuum pump” power switch to make the air slowly enter the cold head; if it needs to be filled with inert gas, connect the pressure reducing conduit of the inert gas to the “inflator port”;

2. Turn off the “vacuum button” and “cooling button” of the freeze dryer. If it is not used for a long time, unplug the power cord.

3. Lift the plexiglass cover, take out the item, store it, and freeze-dry it;

4. After the ice in the cold trap is turned into water, the water needs to be removed from the quick inflation valve port, and the operation is similar to the inflation; (If there is a defrosting function, press the defrosting button to accelerate the dissolution.

5. Clean the moisture and impurities in the cold trap and properly maintain the equipment;

6. multi-manifold type, the rubber valve should be closed one by one and the freeze-drying bottle should be removed before repeating the shutdown operation.
