Maintenance method of freezing dryer:

1. The cooling water shall be kept clean. The Y-type filter shall be cleaned once a half month and the water quality shall be good once a month; The water-cooled condenser shall be cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality) and the air condenser shall be cleaned once a month.

2. Frequently observe the inlet temperature of cooling water system and compressed air system.

3. The inlet temperature of compressed air shall generally be ≤ 45 ℃ (it is better to touch the inlet pipe without burning) except for special cases.

4. Regularly wipe the oil and dust on the equipment surface with a clean towel, remove the dust and oil on the ground where the cold dryer and air compressor are installed, and keep the environment clean and tidy.
