The autoclave is a rapid and reliable disinfection and sterilization equipment for pressure saturated steam. It is suitable for medical and health care, scientific research, agriculture and other units. It disinfects medical equipment, dressings, glassware and solution culture media. The autoclave is the ideal equipment.
How to choose the sterilizer that suits your needs? First, the autoclave you choose depends on the type of device you are disinfecting.
If the hollow load Type A and Type B instruments are sterilized, an autoclave capable of running a Type B cycle is required. These autoclaves are commonly referred to as Class B sterilizers. Typical users of Class B autoclaves include:
Dentist
Plastic surgeon
Day surgery
Medical surgery
Podiatrist
Tattoo
Body piercing
Veterinary application
Cosmetic applications (including hair or nail salons, etc...)
Dentist
If you only sterilize the unpackaged Non Hollow instrument, you only need one autoclave capable of running an N-stage cycle. These autoclaves are often referred to as Class N sterilizers.
