High Speed Ultrasonic Homogenizer

Precautions:

1. JY series ultrasonic cell pulverizer is strictly prohibited when the horn is not inserted into the liquid (no load), otherwise the transducer or ultrasonic generator will be damaged.

2. The amount of various cell disruptions, the length of time, and the size of the power are subject to determination by the user based on various cells and selection of values. The output power of this instrument is large. If the Ф2, Ф3, or Ф6 horn is used, the power should be adjusted smaller to avoid overloading and rupture of the horn. (Ф2, Ф3<300W, Ф6<700W)

3. Use of horn selector switch

The horn selector switch is used to match the frequency and impedance of the horn and generator of different specifications. If the frequency of the transducer component is inconsistent with the impedance of the generator, the ultrasonic wave will not work. When the JY series new instrument or new horn is used, the selector switch should be in the corresponding position. When the horn is worn, the switch can be toggled until the ultrasonic operation is normal. At this time, the gear position does not necessarily correspond to the horn specifications.

4. The value displayed by the power meter and the voltage, the depth of the horn inserted into the liquid surface and the load are related to the concentration and consistency of the sample to be broken. The voltage is lower than 220V, the horn is inserted deeper into the liquid surface, and the load concentration is larger. The display value may be Slightly smaller, but slightly higher (this data is an analog parameter, the size of the displayed value does not affect the actual power of the ultrasonic transmission).

5. The machine does not need to be preheated and should be grounded properly.

6. In ultrasonication, the temperature of the liquid rises rapidly due to the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic wave in the liquid, and the user should pay more attention to the temperature of various samples. It is recommended to use multiple times of crushing in a short time (no more than 5 seconds each time), plus ice bath cooling or optional low temperature circulation pump.

7. The ultrasonic cell pulverizer uses a power-free transformer switching power supply. Do not touch it after opening the generator casing to prevent electric shock. The instrument has reliable performance and is generally not easily damaged.

8. Practice shows that: a short time of multiple work, working time 1-2 seconds, gap time 1-2 seconds, better than continuous long time work, to prevent liquid heat, you can set a longer gap time. In addition, uninterrupted long-term work is easy to form no-load, shortening the service life of the instrument.
