Autoclave sterilization process

1 pre-vacuum stage. The pre-vacuum process includes three vacuuming processes, first evacuating the vacuum to the negative pressure, removing the air in the high temperature sterilizer, then opening the steam inlet valve, feeding the saturated steam to raise the pressure in the sterilization chamber to 0.1 MPa, and then pumping the air. To the negative pressure state, the pumping is repeated 3 times to make the equipment reach the required negative pressure value, so that more than 98% of the air in the inner chamber is completely discharged to ensure that the high pressure steam penetrates more easily into the material, so that the material is more fully in contact with the steam. Finally, the effect of sterilization is guaranteed.

2 heating stage. At the end of the pre-vacuum phase, the heater begins to heat up and the chamber temperature and pressure rise as the continuous steam enters until the desired sterilization temperature and pressure are reached.

3 high pressure steam sterilization stage. When the temperature in the sterilization chamber rises to 134 ° C and is maintained, it enters the sterilization phase, which is mainly a temperature adjustment process. When the temperature is lower than 134 ° C, the steam is continuously charged, and when the temperature is higher than 134 ° C, the steam is stopped. It is required to maintain the temperature at 134 ° C for 4 min. After the sterilization is finished, there will be pressure release and corresponding parameters will be displayed.

4 drying stage. After the pressure is released, the cavity begins to dry, and the steam and condensed water in the high-pressure steam sterilizer can be removed by strong vacuuming, and the air is filled to complete the drying. After the drying phase is completed, the high pressure steam sterilizer door is opened, and the instrument is taken out therefrom to complete a steam sterilization process. In the drying stage, you can also stop the drying by pressing the stop button. The device at this time is completely sterilized and can be used.
