For the cleaning of bottles, ultrasonic cleaning technology is used to replace the original brushing machine, which is realized by the processes of inverted water injection, ultrasonic cleaning, internal and external washing, air drying, and turning.

(1) The ultrasonic cleaner power supply and heater power supply must have good grounding devices.
(2) Ultrasonic cleaning machine is strictly prohibited to start without cleaning liquid, that is, the cleaning cylinder does not add a certain amount of cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic switch must not be opened.
(3) Cleaning equipment with heating equipment is strictly prohibited to open the heating switch when there is no liquid.
(4) It is forbidden to hit the bottom of the cleaning cylinder with heavy objects (iron pieces) to avoid damage to the energy converter chip.
(5) The ultrasonic generator power supply should be used separately with a 220V/50Hz power supply and equipped with a regulator of 2000W or more.
(6) The bottom of the cleaning cylinder should be flushed regularly without excessive debris or dirt.
(7) Each time you change the new liquid, you can wash the parts after the ultrasonic is started.
