Safety operating procedures for high-pressure homogenizers:
1. Equipment preparation and inspection:
Before operation, please ensure that you are familiar with the equipment operation manual and have received necessary training.
Check if all components of the equipment are intact and undamaged, including fasteners, seals, and electrical components. Confirm that the power connection is correct and grounded properly.

2. Preparation before startup:
Ensure that the pressure gauge displays zero, which is the "0" state.
Turn on the switch of the pressure gauge and observe if there is water flowing out of the outlet. If there is no water flowing out of the outlet or the flow rate is low, it may be due to the presence of bubbles, which need to be removed according to the corresponding method.

3. Pressure regulation:
First, adjust the secondary homogenizing valve, slowly turn clockwise until the pressure gauge shows 40-150 bar, and then adjust the primary homogenizing valve to the required pressure.

Avoid directly pressurizing to the maximum working pressure of 1500 bar or unloading the working pressure directly to 0 bar to prevent damage to the equipment.

4. Adding samples:
After waiting for the water to flow to the bottom of the funnel, add 100-300 milliliters of sample and ensure that the sample flows evenly to avoid bubbles.

5. Precautions during operation:
Keep the equipment stable and ensure that the workbench is level.

When operating, do not let the funnel run empty and ensure that there is material input.

Monitor the reading of the pressure gauge and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are found.

6. Cleaning and maintenance:
After completing the operation, first close the homogenization valve, and then close the pressure gauge switch.
Wash with 75% ethanol and rinse with distilled water 1-2 times or more.

Regular maintenance of equipment, including lubrication, replacement of seals, etc.

7. Emergency measures:
If encountering an emergency situation, please immediately press the emergency stop button and cut off the power.
For equipment repair and maintenance, please use original factory parts and recommended tools.
