The ultrasonic homogenizer is mainly composed of three parts: ultrasonic vibration components, ultrasonic dedicated drive power supply and reactor, and the ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn, tool head (transmitter head), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit this vibration energy into the liquid. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, that is, ultrasonic waves.


Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several microns. Such an amplitude power density is not enough and cannot be used directly. The horn amplifies the amplitude according to the design needs, isolates the reaction liquid and the transducer, and also plays the role of fixing the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, and the horn transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and the tool head then transmits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.

 

The functions and composition of the ultrasonic homogenizer are as follows:
1. This product is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that uses strong ultrasonic waves to generate cavitation in the liquid and ultrasonically treat the material. It can be used for animal and plant tissues. Cells, bacteria, spores can be crushed, and can be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, homogenization, degassing, cleaning and accelerating chemical reactions. It is widely used in biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, surface chemistry, physical chemistry, zoology and other fields.
2. It is composed of an ultrasonic generator, a transducer assembly, a soundproof box or a bracket, etc., and is connected in the middle by a cable.
