Precautions

1.  Remember to empty. This is very important. There is a case where the ultrasonic pulsator is not inserted into the sample and the air is turned on. After a few seconds, the ultrasonic breaker will become louder in the future.

     Remember that the ultrasonic supersonic instrument is super-empty, and the longer the air is over, the greater the damage to the instrument.

2.   The horn of the ultrasonic breaker (ultrasonic probe) has a water depth of about 1.5Cm, and the liquid level is preferably 30mm or more. The probe should be centered and not attached. Ultrasonic waves are vertical longitudinal waves. If they are inserted too deeply, it is not easy to form convection and affect the efficiency of crushing.

3.   Ultrasonic crushing parameter equipment: Please refer to the instruction manual for this point. Set the key to the working parameters of the instrument, mainly the parameters of the time, the parameters of the ultrasonic power, and the choice of the container.

     Time requirement: Ultrasonic time should not be too long each time, preferably not more than 5 seconds, the gap time should be greater than or equal to the ultrasonic time, which is good for heat dissipation.

    Power requirements: not too large, too large will cause the sample to splash or foam.

    Container selection: How many samples are the first beakers, which is also advantageous for convection in the ultrasound to improve the efficiency of the crushing.

4.  In routine maintenance, scrub the probe with alcohol or use ultrasonic water after use.
