Technical Parameters
The sterile homogenizer, also known as paddle/bead beating homogenizer, simplifies the process of extracting bacteria from solid samples. Simply place the sample and diluent into a sterile sample bag (maximum processing capacity up to 400ml), then insert the bag into the homogenizer to complete sample processing. Widely used for microbial detection of food, pharmaceuticals, animal tissues, and biological samples, it serves customers in hospitals, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), commodity inspection, quality inspection, environmental monitoring, cosmetics, and animal husbandry & veterinary systems.
◣Working Principle
After simple shearing of raw samples (lump, solid, leaf, powder, etc.), place the sample together with the corresponding diluent or solvent into a sterile homogenization bag. The homogenizer's hammer plate repeatedly strikes the sample bag, generating pressure and oscillation to accelerate mixing. This ensures uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution, making it suitable for homogenization of tissues (e.g., brain, kidney, liver, spleen) and microorganisms.
