The working principle of the tapping homogenizer is: the original sample (the large one needs to be cut into about 10×10mm blocks), put into a homogeneous bag with a certain liquid or solvent, and the sample is homogenized repeatedly by the hammering plate of the instrument. Hammering on the bag creates pressure, causes oscillation, accelerates mixing, and achieves a uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution.
