The fully automatic microbial growth curve analyzer is a fully automated instrument that understands the growth of microorganisms by measuring the turbidity of the sample. This product can be used in the research of microbial strains, optimization of culture conditions, and high-throughput screening and evaluation of drugs. All microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeasts, cells and algae) multiply in the culture medium and produce turbidity. Any turbidity and color change in the traditional test tube test can be done with the "micro test tube" in the honeycomb panel. The fully automatic growth curve analyzer can make work more efficient and can save a lot of medium and consumables (Petri dishes, test tubes, etc.). The long-term culture of microorganisms is realized by high-precision temperature control and high-speed shaking of the microplate, and the multi-strain culture of aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria can be realized by gas circuit control. All microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeasts, cells and algae) multiply in the culture medium and produce turbidity. Two working modes are available: incubation mode and absorbance test mode:

1. Cultivation mode: Provide the environment required for the growth of microorganisms, and at the same time, the absorbance of the sample is regularly detected and recorded at the specified wavelength.

2. Absorbance test mode: The full spectrum absorbance test can be performed on the specified sample, and the absorbance values of different wavelengths can be given.

The system is mainly composed of three parts, namely microbial growth curve analyzer, computer PC, and mobile APP (expansion function).

The equipment is mainly composed of six subsystems: optical detection system, temperature control system, vibration control system, pneumatic control system, embedded system and host computer system.
