1. Pretreatment of crystallization of insulin to be lyophilized;

2. Turn on the freeze dryer, adjust the temperature in the freeze-drying chamber to below -25 °C, and place the pretreated insulin crystals into the freeze dryer for rapid freezing.

3. Adjust the temperature in the freeze-drying chamber to -15 °C, keep the temperature of the freeze-drying chamber -15±2 °C, and pre-freeze the product 2 times.

4. Adjust the condenser temperature to -40 ± 2 ° C, then adjust the temperature of the freeze drying chamber to 0 ° C, the temperature per hour does not exceed 2 ° C, under vacuum conditions, and maintain f 2 hours;

5. Continue to adjust the temperature of the freeze drying chamber to 15 ° C, the temperature per hour does not exceed 7.5 ° C, maintain the temperature of the freeze drying chamber at about 15 ° C, and keep it for 2 hours under vacuum conditions;

6. Turn off the freeze-drying machine, adjust the freeze-drying indoor environment to normal pressure and normal temperature, and take out the insulin lyophilized product.
