Compressor in the cryostat is one of the important components in the cryostat. Its working principle is mainly based on the relationship between pressure volume and temperature in physics. When the mass of the gas is constant, the product of pressure and volume Is a constant. Therefore, to achieve a doubling of the pressure per unit mass of gas, it is necessary to reduce its volume by half. All cryostat compressors are compressed according to this principle.

 

In general, the physical means of achieving gas compression are as follows: relatively static gas compression volume changes and flow gas path changes.

 

1. Relatively static gas volume changes. Such as live-type compressors, rolling rotor compressors, screw compressors, etc.

 

2. The flow path of the flowing gas changes, such as a scroll compressor or a jet compressor. For example, the refrigeration system has a super-closed compressor unit, and the refrigeration system has multiple protection devices for overheating and over-current. The low-temperature thermostat structure has a metal plate and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two condensate pipes in and out of the faucet. The imported high-quality water pump is used as the circulating power in the water tank to solve the problem of uneven temperature and temperature, so that the temperature control accuracy and water uniformity of the instrument can reach higher requirements.

 

This product can be circulated inside and outside. It can be used as internal circulation by connecting two inlet and outlet pipes with latex tube. Remove the latex tube and connect the two water pipes to the inlet and outlet of the reaction kettle to form an external circulation, close to the control panel. Only the copper water pipe is the water outlet pipe connected to the pump, and the other is the water inlet pipe. Please be careful not to make mistakes when connecting, so as to prevent the water from flowing back when starting up.

 

Low temperature thermostat components and internal operating principles

 

1. Low temperature thermostatic tank components: compressor, condenser, evaporator, fan (internal and external) circulating water pump, stainless steel liner, heating tube, intelligent temperature control table.

 

2, the internal operating principle of the low temperature tank: After the compressor is operated, the suction-compression-exhaust-condensation-throttle-re-evaporation heat-absorbing vaporization reduces the water temperature to the temperature set by the temperature control table, such as temperature control. The table setting temperature is higher than normal temperature. The contactor in the temperature control table works automatically, giving the heating tube current signal, and the heating tube starts to work, when working in the low temperature bath. The inlet and outlet of the whole machine can be used to make internal or external circulation of the water source inside the machine, and the water source inside the machine can also be cited. A second constant temperature field is made outside the cryostat.

 

[1] How to use the low temperature thermostat This instrument uses 220V AC power supply. Please make sure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 10A before use and have a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device in the working room when using). When adding water, please pay attention to the upper cover not less than 8cm. You must use soft water, preferably distilled water. Do not use hard water such as well water, river water or spring water to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the sensitivity of the constant temperature. Please use the temperature control instrument manual correctly. Set the required temperature value. First turn on the power. Press the manual to set the desired temperature value. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, you can turn on the cycle switch. The program goes into normal working condition.

 

Precautions for use

 

1. Use liquid medium in the front tank of the low temperature constant temperature tank. The liquid level of the medium should be lower than 30mm of the work board. Otherwise, the heater will be damaged when the power is on.

 

2, the selection of liquid medium in the cryostat should meet the following principles: when the working temperature is 5 ~ 85 ° C, the liquid medium is generally selected from water; when the working temperature is 85 ~ 95 ° C, the liquid medium can be selected with 15% glycerol aqueous solution; When the working temperature is higher than 95 ° C, the liquid medium is generally selected oil, and the open cup flash point value of the selected oil should be higher than the working temperature of 50 ° C or more;

 

3. Power supply: 220V50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device;

 

4, the instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;

 

5. When the working temperature of the constant temperature bath is high, care should be taken not to open the upper cover, and do not enter the tank to prevent burns;

 

6. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off; the instrument should be cleaned regularly to keep the work surface and operation panel clean; always pay attention to observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, Timely adding liquid medium; taking into account safety factors, we require that the thermostatic bath above 100 °C be made into an internal circulation.
