◣Product Overview
The JY-N Series Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor is a multifunctional and versatile instrument that processes experimental samples using ultrasonic cavitation effect. It is suitable for handling samples of different volumes (select corresponding models and probes based on volume requirements). With advantages such as continuously adjustable ultrasonic time and power, it can disrupt various animal and plant tissues, cells, and bacteria. Additionally, it can be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction, and accelerating chemical reactions. Widely applied in life sciences, materials science, environmental protection, and other fields.
◣Working Principle
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquids, the transducer converts electrical energy into high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude transformer, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. Cavities expand and explode to break cells. In addition, the intense disturbance generated by ultrasound propagation in liquids causes particles to produce large acceleration, resulting in collision with each other or the vessel wall to achieve the effects of disruption, emulsification, and separation.
