Sample drying - ultrasonic extraction - filtration - extraction, concentration and purification, etc.

The detailed steps of ultrasonic extraction are as follows：

1. Weigh 5g of dried sludge sample and place it in a 50ml centrifuge tube;

2. Add 40 ml of extraction solvent (aniline, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and nitrobenzenes with dichloromethane as extraction solvent, phenols with 2:1 dichloromethane and n-hexane as extraction solvent), tighten the lid

3. Place the centrifuge tube on the shelf, place it in an ultrasound machine, and ultrasonically extract for 15 minutes.
