Instructions
1. Check the grounding wire and power cable of the ultrasonic cleaner for leakage.
2. Add cleaning solution to the cleaning tank. When cleaning, the depth of the deep liquid level shall not be less than one third of the cleaning tank and shall not exceed two thirds of the cleaning tank. When cleaning, please add detergent according to different cleaning requirements to enhance the cleaning efficiency. All detergents must comply with the tank and body of the cleaning machine.
3. Insert the power of the ultrasonic cleaner into the 220V three-core power socket, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, set the timing cleaning time, the liquid surface appears bead-like fluctuation, and the vibration is accompanied, indicating that the cleaner has entered the working state. .
4. Set the cleaning temperature according to the cleaning needs (refer to the machine with temperature control)
5. Put the cleaning object into the metal frame and set the cleaning time according to the degree of fouling of the cleaning product. Generally, it is 3~30 minutes, especially for materials that are difficult to clean, and the cleaning time can be extended appropriately. "NO" means continuous operation and "OFF" means shutdown.
6. Heavier objects are suspended in the cleaning solution by hanging tools to enhance the cleaning effect and improve the cleaning quality (direct insertion will affect the cleaning effect). Smaller items can be washed in a glass filled with cleaning solution. Generally does not affect the cleaning effect.
7. Remove the cleaning product, replace the cleaning solution with ultrasonic cleaning or rinse directly with water.
8. When not in use for a long time, the cleaning solution in the tank should be drained and the body should be wiped clean.
Safety Precautions
1. Please read the operation manual carefully before use.
2. A reliable grounding device must be used before using the washer.
3. It is strictly forbidden to carry open fire and fire work at the work site.
4. When using the volatile flammable liquid such as acetone or gasoline, it should be covered and especially careful.
5. Do not let the temperature of the cleaning solution be higher than 80 °C. Generally it is cleaned under normal temperature and medium temperature conditions.
6. There is no cleaning liquid in the tank, and it is not allowed to be turned on and heated to avoid damage to the cleaner.
