Working Principle

After simple shearing of the original sample (block, solid, leaf, powder, etc.), place the sample into a sterile homogenizing bag along with the corresponding diluent or solvent. The hammer plate of the sterile homogenizer (i.e., slap homogenizer) repeatedly hammers the sample bag to generate pressure and cause oscillation, which accelerates mixing and ensures uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution. It is suitable for homogenizing tissues and microorganisms such as brain, kidney, liver and spleen.
