Gene Gun Biolistic is equipped with a unique mechanism for generating gas shock waves. It can produce gas pressures ranging from 0.5 Mpa to 5 Mpa. By utilizing helium or nitrogen as the power source, it generates a "cold" gas shock wave. This shock wave is then employed to transport DNA micro - bombs into the receptor.
