There are two models of this F series freeze dryer, one is the gland type freeze dryer, and the other is the ordinary type freeze dryer. Both models are suitable for pilot test and production.

A freeze dryer is equipped with two Taikang compressors. The compressor models are 2480 and 2464 respectively. The drying chamber and the cold trap are separated structures. The water-capacity is strong, the drying time is short, and the freeze-drying effect is very good. The drying chamber adopts the aviation acrylic high-transparency transparent colorless door, and the change process of the material can be clearly observed during the lyophilization process.

The difference between gland type freeze dryer and ordinary freeze dryer 

Ordinary type: Suitable for freeze drying of conventional materials in bulk (liquid, paste, solid).

Gland type: It is not only suitable for freeze drying of bulk materials in liquid (liquid, paste, solid), but also suitable for drying of bottled materials in Xilin. When preparing for lyophilization, the materials are packed into vials as needed, and the caps are covered. After the freeze-drying, after the drying is finished, the cover of the capping device is moved to close the cap to realize the sealing under vacuum, which is easy to store for a long time.
