Degassing Apparatus

 Degassing apparatus was developed  according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia, which is used for the degassing with water in the early stage of the measurment of dissolution and releasing rate of solid preparation. The apparatus adopts degassing membrane to degassing, and adopts Dc brushless vacuum pump and water pump, with the advantages of good degassing effect and low noise, the degassing and heating of pure water also can be completed.

1. Membrane filtration degassing method

The filtration membrane adopts special materials, the filter aperture is as low as 0.01μm~0.2μm, single membrane filtration area can be reached 15㎡,degassing rate can be reached 95% and high filtration efficiency.

2. Handheld sample gun

Patented technology,tape terminal display,controlled sample gun. It can  set parameters of velocity ,volume etc. not only on the mainframe but also on the sample gun,it's convenience to use.

3. Biometric identification technology

Capacitive fingerprint recgnition system can recognize the user's identity,avoiding the user name password login tedious,easy to use.

4. PWM heating control

Adopt PWM heating control technology,zero-cross SSR and mechanical relay composite control, it not only avoids the interference and reduction of service life caused by switching on and off of single mechanical relay at the wave peak, but also ensures the leakage of power of single solid state relay.Safer and more reliable.
